This custom-designed ribbon with wavy red and white stripes and a subtly bolder starfield is used to create the illusion of a flag extending proudly in the breeze. The coordinating blue satin lining complements the starry ribbon to complete the patriotic look. The 2" version of the collar will have a narrow top and bottom border that matches the lining fabric. This version is available ONLY as a martingale. The buckle hardware for this width is very large and does not meet our comfort and aesthetic standards. No exceptions. For this dog collar, choose from premium solid brass or silver hardware. The silver slides are nickel-plated solid brass and the D-ring is nickel-plated welded steel. A is also available.
